Client representation and protection of his interests in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales in the dispute between company assets owners - property and land.
Representing a construction company in court dispute with the Committee on City Property Management of St. Petersburg.
Defending interests of a construction company in the dispute with the Committee on City Property Management of St. Petersburg on penalty for non-compliance with the deadline for obtaining of the operation permit. As a result of successful dispute resolution, the Committee’s claim was rejected.
Representing the client in foreign courts in claims for disclosure of information on assets of a defaulter.
Our attorneys conducted several cases in foreign courts, the result of which was adoption by foreign courts of decisions on disclosure of information about assets and arrest of property of unfair borrower - a private person, who was engaged in moving the assets abroad.
Representing company's claim to borrower - owner of one of the largest automotive holdings.
Our lawyers represented client in presentation of claim to the borrower - a natural person who owns one of the largest automotive holdings. Litigation was completed in favor of a client. The court arrested the property of the debtor and guarantor, recovering over 600 million rubles of debt and penalties.
Representing St. Petersburg Airport in the dispute with a tenant on termination of lease contract.
Representing St. Petersburg Airport in a dispute with tenant – an operator of airport facilities, who had challenged early termination of lease contract. In the eight ensuing litigation procedures, the courts confirmed legality of termination of lease contract, and refused tenant’s claim to recognize a loss of more than 100 million rubles. In addition, the tenant was charged expenses in favor of St. Petersburg Airport to compensate representatives' services.
Representation of a major German company in the Russian court in a dispute on enforcement of the Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce arbitral award.
Our lawyers represented the large German company in the Russian court in a dispute on enforcement of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce decision. The dispute was successfully resolved and Russian court confirmed the foreign court decision for the recovery of more than 4 million euros from the defendant company.
