XII SPBILF 2024
Ekaterina Dmitrikova, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of St. Petersburg State University, Director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Research on Control and Supervision Activities at St. Petersburg State University, Ph.D., Advisor to the Law Firm "Iusland", made a report at the session "Systematization of regional and municipal legal acts at the present stage : issues of ensuring the unity of the legal space" within the framework of SPBILF 2024.
Ekaterina raised important issues of ensuring the unity of the legal space in the context of a unified system of public authority, how control can be organized in relation to local governments, what are the approaches and principles to its organization.
Today, Ekaterina, in the session “Customs Disputes: What is the Key to Success in Court,” discussed with other participants in the discussion topical issues of administrative liability for violation of customs rules in the context of unified customs regulation. Separately, Ekaterina focused on the issues of limiting joint and several obligations and liability of customs representatives.
