Maxim Semenyako, Partner and Advocate of Iusland Law Offices, took part as part of the Russian delegation in the conference “International Cooperation: Russia - France”

On September 9, as part of the two-day program of the International Russian-French Conference “International Cooperation: Russia - France”, a working meeting between the Russian delegation consisting of 23 lawyers from 16 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the leadership and lawyers of the Paris Bar was held in the building of the Paris Palace of Justice. The participants of the conference discussed current issues related to the specifics of the practice of advocacy and the specifics of the legal status of a lawyer in Russia and France, as well as prospects for further cooperation.

Partner and Advocate of Iusland Law Offices, as well as the vice-president of the St. Petersburg Bar, director of the St. Petersburg Institute of Advocacy, Maxim Semenyako thanked Parisian colleagues for the invitation and warm welcome of the Russian delegation. Maxim Semenyako suggested continuing cooperation, including through the organization of joint internships and programs for the exchange of experience and advanced training of lawyers of the two countries.
