Elena Legashova, Managing Partner of Iusland Law Offices and Ekaterina Dmitrikova, Counsel at the Firm and Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law Participate in the III Scientific-Practical Legal Forum

On May 30, the III Scientific-Practical Legal Forum was held at St. Petersburg State University.

In the section "Tax and Customs Regulation. Personal Data and Artificial Intelligence," Ekaterina Dmitrikova delivered a presentation as part of the discussion on "Administrative Liability in the Field of Personal Data and Artificial Intelligence." The topic drew significant interest due to recent substantial increases in fines for violations in this area.

Elena Legashova, who is also a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law attended the section on "Current Issues in Tax and Customs Law," contributing her expertise to the dialogue.
