Elena Legashova and Ekaterina Dmitrikova spoke at the Summer School of Administrative Law of St. Petersburg State University
Two most interesting days took place within the framework of the Summer School of Administrative Law of St. Petersburg State University. AB "Iusland" gladly supported this unique educational project, acting as an information partner of the school.
Leading scientists and practitioners of administrative law took part in the Summer School, giving lectures and conducting master classes. Within the framework of the school, a St. Petersburg State University advanced training program was implemented.
Ekaterina Dmitrikova, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of St. Petersburg State University, Director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Research on Control and Supervision Activities at St. Petersburg State University, Ph.D., Advisor to the Bureau, moderated the meeting of the plenary section “State control (supervision): results of reform and areas of improvement,” and also made a report in the section “Improving control (supervisory) activities: is a unified approach to different types of control possible?”
Elena Legashova, managing partner of the Bureau, senior lecturer at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of St. Petersburg State University, spoke about the procedural boundaries of using the results of operational investigative activities in state control at a meeting of the plenary section “State control (supervision): results of reform and areas of improvement.”
