Natalia is a Candidate of Law, a recognized expert in the field of state regulation of foreign economic activity and customs administration, as well as in matters of business interaction with regulatory authorities. Combining deep theoretical knowledge with unique practical experience in supranational judicial bodies, she provides comprehensive legal protection for businesses at all stages of foreign economic activity and during mandatory control procedures.

Specialization and competencies:

Natalia specializes in customs legislation, supply chain structuring, and international contract support. She represents clients' interests in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction and the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, and accompanies them during administrative processes, operational search activities and investigations of criminal cases related to foreign economic activity.

He has extensive expertise in the field of government regulation and interaction with regulatory authorities. It provides a full cycle of legal support for businesses during inspections, from preventive audits of documentation and compliance with mandatory requirements to monitoring control measures and challenging decisions on administrative liability.

Key areas of activity:

• Customs law and administration: Resolution of customs disputes, mediation with customs authorities, advising on currency control issues for both legal entities and individuals. Monitoring of inspections. Due diligence of documentation and compliance procedures: identification and elimination of violations before claims from government agencies arise.

• Regulatory support: Legal support of business interests on the inclusion or exclusion of HS codes from the lists that establish a zero duty rate. Ensuring interests in matters of non-tariff and technical regulation (obtaining licenses, certificates, permits for the export of goods, labeling). Representing companies in anti-dumping, countervailing and special protection investigations conducted by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Support of receiving subsidies, including those from the EEC, grants and government support measures, including the preparation of applications, legal audit of compliance with requirements and advice on the targeted use of funds.

• Business and transaction structuring: Support in building international and investment projects, support of foreign trade transactions (including licensing structures and parallel import mechanisms). Assistance to Russian companies in cooperation with foreign suppliers, verification of counterparties and optimization of supplies.

Social and scientific activities:

Natalia actively participates in the activities of business associations, working groups and expert commissions under the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the EEC. He is an associate professor at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of St. Petersburg State University, where he conducts a course of lectures on foreign economic activity.
