Sergey Golubok, Partner of Iusland Law Offices shared with the news portal fontanka.ru his opinion about a newly defined inspection procedure of commercial organisations and NGO by Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

Sergey believes that defining of such a procedure is better than nothing, nevertheless for a full-fledged implementation of these rules the amendments into the Federal law should be made accordingly.
