In her report Elena outlined the main directions and current status of reforms of control and supervisory activities in the Russian Federation. In particular, she talked about “Regulatory Guillotine”, and the upcoming mandatory pre-trial year in 2023 appeal against decisions, actions (inaction) under Federal Law No. 248 “About State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation.”
