Vsevolod Baibak will speak at the round table “Statutory interests: how to interpret Article 317.1 of the Civil Code”

The round table “Representations and warranties and indemnity clauses in new edition of the Civil code of the Russian Federation” is to be held on October 12, 2015 in Moscow. The participants are going to discuss the new article (Article 317.1) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which has come into force as of June 1, 2015.
