Vsevolod Baibak, Partner will speak at the Kommersant’s conference devoted to the arbitration reform in Russia

Vsevolod Baibak, Iusland’s Partner, PhD in Law, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg and an acknowledged expert in the area of civil law will take part in the conference on arbitration reform in Russia. Vsevolod will speak on major novels of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on substitution of parties in an obligation. 

The conference: “Arbitration reform: what should business wait for?” organized by Kommersant PH, will be held on November 27, 2015 in Moscow.
