Sergey Golubok to act as moderator in seminar "Hate Crimes: legal practice in the UK and Russia»

On February 27, 2015, a non-commercial organization for human rights "Citizens' Watch" holds a seminar "Hate Crimes: legal practice in the UK and Russia". The seminar has been organized with the support of the Consulate General of Great Britain in St. Petersburg as part of a bilateral project for the professional development of lawyers.
