Sergey Golubok has been entitled to represent clients' interests in the International Criminal Court

Secretariat of the International Criminal Court in Hague has included Sergey Golubok in the list of paralegals entitled to practice in the litigation by the Court, as advocates and representatives of injured or aggrieved persons.

The International Criminal Court (ICC), governed by the Rome Statute, is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court established to help end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community.
