Mr. Baibak is highly acknowledged as a Civil Law, Litigation and Arbitration professional, specializing in particular in Maritime law, Insurance law, and International commercial arbitration. Before joining Iusland Law Offices Mr. Baibak was a counsel in a well-known Russian law firm.

In a view of Semenyako, Golubok and partners, practice amendment and future development plans a decision has been made for renaming as Iusland Law Offices.

Vsevolod Baibak is a well-known expert in Construction, Maritime law, Insurance law and International Litigation and Arbitration. The Best Lawyers’ international peer review guide has named Vsevolod as one of the leading construction attorneys in St. Petersburg. He is also recommended for M&A, Banking and Finance Law, Insurance and Maritime Law. Vsevolod has been honored as the Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate Law (2014).

In 2004, Vsevolod earned his PhD in Law. Since that, he gives lectures on Russian Civil Code in leading universities of St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Mr. Baibak serves on the Scientific and Advisory Council of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Northwestern District and the Scientific and Advisory Council of the Russian Intellectual Property Court. He is a member of Legislation Committee of the Guild of Managers and Developers.
