Round table "The principle of estoppel in the new edition of the general provisions of the Civil Code on obligations" was held with the support of Iusland Law Offices

On March 18, 2015, with the participation of Federal Chamber of Lawyers and St. Petersburg Institute of Advocacy was held a round table devoted to application of the principle of estoppel in the jurisprudence of the Russian Federation. Iusland Law Offices co-organized the event.

Vsevolod Baibak, partner of Iusland Law Offices and inspirer of the round table, said that the event was successful and caught the attention of the professional community: "Our colleagues in Moscow regularly hold events dedicated to  novels of the Civil Code, and I am very pleased to once again invite top experts in the field of civil law to St. Petersburg. The first round table on the topic of: "Body of legal entity as a representative in the new version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation", which we held in December, was of great interest, so we were confident the second event would also be successful".

The round table was attended by over 150 people: representatives of businesses and consulting companies, students and self-employed lawyers and attorneys.
