Nina Boer will take part in discussion "Bankruptcy of the counterparty: legal, managerial and financial risks"

On March 31, 2015, SPIBA Committee on Legislation and Public Policy will have a discussion on "Bankruptcy of the counterparty: legal, managerial and financial risks". The event is the next one in the series of "Legal Discussion Club” meetings. Nina Boer, managing partner of Iusland Law Offices, will moderate the discussion.
