Nina Boer spoke on the legal nature of "Platon" system implementation

Nina Boer, Iusland’s Managing partner made a presentation on the "Implementation of the payment system for use of the roads by heavy vehicles over 12 tons” at the round table on the impact on business of the new payment system “Platon” organized by SPIBA.

In her presentation, Nina talked about legal nature of a new payment stressing the ground for calculation and the legal basis of “Platon” system implementation from the viewpoint of the Constitution of the RF, a number of federal laws and the Tax Code of the RF.

The round table took place on February 25, 2015 in St. Petersburg.
