Nina Boer spoke at a round table discussion on changes in the Land Code of the Russian Federation

On March 24, 2015, a round table was held on the topic of "Changes in the Land Code of the Russian Federation", organized by  SPIBA Committee on legislation and public policies . Managing Partner of Iusland Law Offices Nina Boer spoke on "Prospects for  integrated development of the territory of the Leningrad region in connection with changes in Land Code , and Civil Code",  explaining main changes in  legal regulation of complex development and discoursing on essential terms of  integrated development contracts.

In this report, Nina also described changes in the competence of state and local authorities in the field of urban development. Particular attention was paid to the possibility of changing contract terms,  consequences of breach of contract by public bodies and the prospects of damage recovery .
