Maxim Semenyako, Partner of Iusland Law Offices participated in the round table dedicated to mediation in modern legal practice, its trends and prospects.

The round table: "The mediation in legal practice: current status, trends and prospects" initiated by the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation was held on November 24, 2015 in Moscow.  

Maxim Semenyako, Partner of Iusland Law Offices, PhD in Law and head of Mediation center of the St. Petersburg Bar Association represented St. Petersburg on the event. 

In his speech, Maxim Semenyako proposed to the Committee to prepare proposals for improvement of legislative regulation of mediation in Russia jointly. The expertise of St. Petersburg mediators aroused great interest among the participants – professional mediators, university professors, lawyers, judges from other Russian regions.
