Maxim Semenyako, partner and advocate of Iusland Law Office, took part in the final part of the distance course “Violence against Women and Domestic Violence”, organized by the Council of Europe Program HELP, in Strasbourg

From 2th to 4th of December, the final event part of the distance course “Violence against Women and Domestic Violence”, organized by the Council of Europe Program HELP (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) was held in Strasbourg. Partner and advocate of Iusland Law Office Maxim Semenyako took part in the number of educational events with other lawyers from Russian delegation.

Domestic violence is a complex problem, the solution of which should be brought to the world level. Not only legal institutions should pay attention to this problem, but also other social institutions, from the family to the state. The problem of domestic violence has already become a global one, and only civilized society can find ways how to solve it.
