Iusland Law Office’s Partner Maria Fedosova and lawyer of the Bureau Dmitry Obukhovsky took part in the Sixth All-Russian Congress "Medical care in Trauma - 2021".

On February 26-27, 2021, the Sixth All-Russian Congress with international participation was held - “Medical care in Trauma. New in organization and technology. The role of the national public professional organization of traumatologists in the health care system of the Russian Federation”, in which the Head of the Bureau's medical practice, partner Maria Fedosova and lawyer Dmitry Obukhovsky, personally participated.

Maria Fedosova's report was devoted to the problem of so-called "iatrogenic" crimes, which are deliberate or careless socially dangerous acts of medical workers that violate the legal principles and conditions for the provision of medical care committed in the performance of their professional duties.
