Iusland Law Office’s Managing partner Elena Legashova and partner of the Bureau Maxim Semenyako are included in the list of arbitrators of the North-Western Territorial Collegium of the Arbitration Center under the RUIE.

By Decree of the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Elena Legashova, Iusland Law Office’s Managing Partner, and Maxim Semenyako, Partner of the Law Office, are included in the list of arbitrators of the North-Western Territorial Collegium of the Arbitration Center under the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Maxim Semenyako was also appointed head of the office of the Northwest Branch of the Arbitration Center in St. Petersburg.

The Arbitration Center under the RUIE is an independent permanent arbitration institution that administers arbitration (arbitration proceedings) in accordance with the Federal Law "On Arbitration (Arbitration Proceedings) in the Russian Federation" and the Law of the Russian Federation "On International Commercial Arbitration". The Arbitration Center was established under the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, an all-Russian public organization that since 1991 has served as an open platform for dialogue between business and government and represents the interests of the business community in Russia and at the international level.
