Iusland Law Office’s advocates Maria Fedosova and Dmitry Obukhovsky will take part in a seminar on the topic of conducting medical cases in the interests of a doctor, patient, clinic.

At the online seminar, which will be held on September 13, 15 and 17, advocate, partner, head of the medical practice of the Bureau Maria Fedosova and candidate of medical sciences, advocate Dmitry Obukhovsky will take part in considering the problem of prosecution for poor-quality medical care from various positions, including criminal, expert, civil, as well as from a medical organization, doctor and patient.

Such an integrated and versatile approach, based on examples from their own practice, the experience of colleagues, and analysis of judicial practice, will allow Maria Fedosova and Dmitry Obukhovsky to qualitatively understand the complex issues of qualification, proof, psychology and tactics of medical affairs.
