Iusland Law Office’s advocate Dmitry Obukhovsky spoke at the XI annual scientific-practical conference “Medicine and Law in the XXI Century”

On December 20-21, St. Petersburg hosted the XI annual scientific-practical conference “Medicine and Law in the XXI Century”, at which the Iusland Law Office’s advocate Dmitry Obukhovsky made a report on the topic: “The problem of limiting doctor’s rights during initiating and investigating criminal medical care case”.

At the conference it was also discussed issues of digital medicine, the transformation of legislation in healthcare, problems of medical confidentiality, the storage of personal data, and many other pressing issues of medicine and law. The conference was organized by St. Petersburg State University.
