The article, recently published in the newspaper “Delovoy Petersburg”, raises the question of the relevance of training lawyers in competent interaction with law enforcement agencies.

“At the same time, an important step is the accurate and correct fixing of violations committed by the investigation: something needs to be recorded on video and audio, and something must be indicated in the protocol of the investigation. Subsequently, this will help to appeal against violations committed by the investigation”, says Aleksandr Mamyshev.

Having been already become popular in St. Petersburg, the training “Searches in the company. Legal protection methods”, conducted by Aleksandr Mamyshev, Iusland Law Offices’ advocate, and advocate Andrei Stukolov, is aimed at systematizing knowledge about the rights and obligations of the company and its officials during searches, interrogations and other investigative actions.

In the past 2019, the training was held only in St. Petersburg, but this year it gains a nationwide scale: at the end of last year, the training was held in Moscow, this year it is planned in Kazan and Yekaterinburg.
