On June, 1 Ekaterina Dmitrikova, counsel of Iusland Law Offices, took part in annual scientific - practical of Conferences on enforcement of penalty provisions, which was organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation jointly with St. Petersburg State University.

Ekaterina described a practice of charges of administrative responsibility for legal entities for recruitment former public officials, municipal employees in violation of the Legislation on Combating Corruption (article 19.29 of the Code of Administrative Offences)

Representatives of the federal executive power bodies, the prosecution, scientific community, legal profession and business attended a meeting. Questions about the development of legislation and enforcement practices in the countering corruption sphere were raised. Also questions about the application of the environmental legislation, especially International frameworks for waste management, operation of the non-state pension's funds within the framework of Digital Economy Development, practice of medication management, the securing of national fund of domestic prints were discussed in a meeting. Besides, participants discussed questions about providing free legal assistance, the possibility of introducing benefits for complete power-of-attorney for those, who contacts a lawyer or State legal aid offices for free legal assistance, including appear in courts.

All proposals and comments told within the framework of the Conference will be taken into account in the preparation of a report about the results of monitoring of the enforcement in the Russian Federation, which is developed in compliance with decree of the President of the Russian Federation «On monitoring of the enforcement in the Russian Federation».
