The topic of the telecast was the claims of residents to management companies and the inaction of the latter.

Since management organizations do not always respond to residents' applications, residents are forced to write appeals to Rospotrebnadzor and the State Housing Inspectorate, as well as apply to the courts.

Having extensive experience in housing law, and arguing with management companies, Denis notes that class or class claims, which in Russia are currently underestimated in practice, could become an effective measure of protection. After all, such claims are justified in those cases when a large group of persons has essentially the same claims against the defendant, although the administration of each claim requires significant costs at a low price for a separate claim.
