24.03.2015 Management of bank accounts through the Internet must become safe - new requirements of Bank of Russia require credit institutions to identify electronic gadgets used by customers and exclude unauthorized transactions. New requirements of the Central Bank do not set any "implied"  responsibility of banks and do not guarantee  safety of  client. Loss caused by fraudulent transactions will only be refunded by the bank in cases where it has not taken all the necessary verification measures",- says Nina Boer, Managing Partner of Iusland Law Offices.
