Nina Boer talked about legal aspects of a private bankruptcy at the St. Petersburg Notary Chamber seminar

Nina Boer, Managing Partner of IUSLAND Law Offices was invited to take part in a seminar for notaries organized by St. Petersburg Notary Chamber. At the event Nina delivered a presentation on practical aspects of private bankruptcy cases and the latest amendments into the bankruptcy legislation. The second part of Nina’s speech was devoted to the administration of trust estate and its legal aspects.
