New members joined the IUSLAND Law Office team: partner and advocate Maria Fedosova, advocates Viktor Andreev and Dmitriy Obukhovsky

New members joined the IUSLAND Law Office team: Maria Fedosova – partner and advocate, Dmitriy Obukhovsky – advocate, PhD in Medical Sciences, and advocate Viktor Andreev.

Maria Fedosova is an advocate since year 2000. Maria specialises in bankruptcy cases, medical law, successfully applying both her medical and legal higher education, and also has practical experience in the majority of the areas of lawyer activity in arbitration, civil and criminal cases.

Dmitriy Obukhovsky is an advocate since year 2007. Dmitriy is a professional representative of both sides of patients’ treatment process in out-court and in-court disputes resolution between medical organizations and patients; provides protection in criminal cases, connected with the patients’ treatment processes.

Viktor Andreev is an advocate since year 2011. Victor has significant experience in conducting of international commercial disputes, supports clients and provides legal advice on arbitration disputes, civil, labor and family law issues.
