Iusland Law Office’s Counsel Ekaterina Dmitrikova is one of the authors of a book on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on legal regulation.

Intersentia Publishing (Cambridge) has published a book authored by 80 legal scholars and practitioners from across Europe. Among them is Bureau’s Counsel Ekaterina Dmitrikova, Ph.D. in Law and Associate Professor at St. Petersburg State University. The thematic collection of articles "Coronavirus and the Law in Europe" is the largest academic publication to date on the impact of the pandemic on lawmaking and law enforcement.

"Fundamental changes in administrative legislation and the practice of its application are associated with the establishment of new restrictions on the rights of citizens and legal entities to ensure compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime, the introduction of new administrative offenses at the federal level and in the subjects of the Russian Federation, the revision of the implementation of control and oversight activities", - summarizes Ekaterina Dmitrikova.
