Ekaterina Dmitrikova, council and advocate of Iusland Law Offices, published a new article “Administrative Code: from concept to project” on the “Zakon.ru” legal portal

In this article, Ekaterina Dmitrikova considers the provisions of the recently published Concept of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation in details. Ekaterina describes some aspects of the new concept as positive, saying that: “A fundamentally new characteristic of the concept is the development of a draft of federal law in parallel with the reform of control and supervision activities. This approach, certainly, deserves support, taking into account the close correlation between the control and supervisory proceedings and administrative proceedings”. However, some provisions raise questions to which the lawyer tries to give detailed answers in his article.
