Yana Griguts, Iusland Law Offices’ advocate, took part in the III Baikal Forum of Lawyers

From 27th to 29th February, the III Baikal Forum of Lawyers took place, which Yana Griguts, Iusland Law Offices’ advocate, took part in.

The lawyers, participating in the forum, discussed current issues of advocacy and exchanged experience in judicial practice with colleagues from various regions of Russia. The possibility of direct communication both with lecturers and with the audience allowed participants to discuss pressing issues of law enforcement practice in a relaxed atmosphere.

The main topics of the forum were questions of the mechanism for implementing amendments to the Federal Law “On advocacy in the Russian Federation”, as well as issues of protecting the professional rights of lawyers in Russia and abroad.
