Dmitriy Obukhovsky is an advocate since 2007. Dmitriy graduated from North-western State Medical University named after I.I.Mechnikov in 1991. At the beginning of his professional career he was working as a resident physician. In 1999 he got the PhD in Medical Sciences and then became a teaching assistant of ORT diseases in North-western State Medical University named after I.I.Mechnikov.

In 2004 Dmitriy got the second higher education in law studies in Saint Petersburg Institute of Law and Business.

Dmitriy Obukhovsky is a professional representative of both sides of patients’ treatment process in out-court and in-court disputes resolution between medical organizations and patients; provides protection in criminal cases, connected with failure of the patients’ treatment processes.

Dmitriy Obukhovsky also provides legal audit of medical records and legal support for medical institutions.
